Leadership Development Training for Minority Women

Nai Roshni is a Government of India scheme run by the Ministry of Minority Affairs for leadership development among minority women. BUEGSS has implemented the program in Barabanki district, delivering six-day residential leadership training batches for women from minority communities at village Anganwadi centres.

Training batches conducted

Each six-day batch covers leadership skills, health and hygiene awareness, household management, and information on government welfare schemes, with the goal of helping participating women become more self-reliant. Participants receive certificates and training kits on completion.
